2. Achieve a reasonable start: if dual fuel uses liquefied gas, make sure that the manual valve on the cylinder is fully opened before work. When the forklift is idle for a long time, close its manual valve; do not step on the accelerator when starting. Dual fuel The system must turn the switch to the liquefied gas position. After starting, especially in cold areas, it is best to warm up the car for two or three minutes to allow the internal combustion engine cooling water system to warm up before driving to ensure that warm water can flow into the carburetor to accelerate vaporization .
3. Pay attention to the fuel switching method (single-fuel forklifts do not need to be considered): For dual-fuel forklifts, the switch should be when the forklift is stationary and cannot be switched during driving; when gasoline is converted to liquefied gas, let the internal combustion engine continue to run at idle speed At this time, you can turn the switch to the middle position to let the gasoline accumulated in the carburetor burn out until the flame is turned off, and then turn the fuel switch to the liquefied gas position and restart; when switching from liquefied gas to gasoline, you can directly Turn the switch to the gasoline position without stopping at the middle position. At this time, pay attention to pull out the cable. When the dual fuel system mainly focuses on the burning of liquefied gas, it is necessary to keep at least 1/4 of the fuel in the gasoline tank for the occasion. Need. Occasionally, gasoline needs to be burned to ensure that the gasoline system does not malfunction due to long periods of idleness and to prevent embrittlement of the pipeline. It is recommended to burn 10 kg of gasoline per month.
4. Refill properly: There are two ways to refill, one is to change the bottle; the other is to directly inflate the forklift. When refilling or changing bottles, they must be outdoors to ensure good ventilation and safety should comply with the requirements of local fire protection standards. The forklift must stop and stop, and the driver should leave the driver's seat. Fireworks, heat sources, and fire sources are strictly prohibited around. Handle the cylinder carefully, and do not bump, throw, or roll on the ground. The refueling personnel must monitor the whole process during the refueling process and must not leave the scene. When inflating, put the filling gun on the filling valve on the bottle and tighten it. At the same time, the 80% liquid level hole on the bottle will be unscrewed to start filling. When white mist emerges from the 80% liquid level hole, the gas filling should be stopped immediately, the 80% liquid level hole should be screwed off and checked, and the liquid level meter indication is correct.
