The excavator is temporarily unable to start, it may not be powered, and the oil has not arrived. Can be checked in the following ways:
1. There is no sound when starting the motor. Note It is recommended to check whether the battery pile heads are in poor contact or burned out after power is not supplied. For some models, it is recommended that you first confirm that the hydraulic master switch is locked, because there are many models that cannot be started when the hydraulic master switch is not turned on. It is a very user-friendly design but will allow some to start contact. Of people cannot adapt at one time.
2. The starter motor started, but the speed was slow and the sound was weak. It indicates that the battery power is insufficient. It is recommended to check whether the generator belt is normal. It is best to measure the amount of power generation. 3. The speed and sound of the starter motor are normal, but the starter cannot be started. It shows that the oil has not arrived. It is recommended that you clean the diesel pipelines. The two points that are easily blocked are the small filters at the bottom of the diesel tank and the hand oil pump. It is also possible that the air is taken in when the filter element is changed, the air release screw is loosened, and the oil is pumped by the hand oil pump to remove the air.
4. Cold car is easy to start, hot car is difficult to start. This kind of situation is common in old machines. It is generally believed that the diesel oil is not good enough to cause the wear of the diesel pump, and the oil pump needs to be calibrated. If you have experienced hardships and found that the excavator has no movement after starting the engine, it can only mean that you are a bad luck excavator driver. This symptom is like the lack of oil in the torque converter of the bulldozer. No matter how big you increase the throttle, the excavator will not move. If you exclude the hydraulic problem, in principle there are two reasons for this phenomenon.
The first is that the rubber block connecting the engine and the hydraulic pump breaks, causing the rotation of the engine main shaft to not be transmitted to the hydraulic pump, but I think the probability of this happening is extremely low. The second is that your hydraulic master switch has failed. The excavator's hydraulic master switch usually has two designs, one is direct control by hydraulic components, and the other is electronic component control.
