It can also load and unload bulldozing, lifting and other materials such as wood by replacing different auxiliary working devices. Small loaders are used for road filling and excavation, aggregate and loading of asphalt mixtures and cement concrete fields, especially in high-end highway construction, and are a common engineering machinery.

 The loader's working device mainly has the following problems during assembly and use: (1) Assembly is difficult. The component cannot be installed or the hinge cannot rotate flexibly after assembly. At this time, it needs to be disassembled for flame correction or correction on the tire tool. Although sometimes several parts can be assembled, due to excessive parts tolerance, it is easy to cause local wear and interference, leaving hidden dangers. (2) A quality accident occurs after the whole machine is assembled and used for a period of time. Such as rocker arm bending and distortion, boom deformation, beam welding, bucket tilt and tear, hydraulic cylinder strain and oil leakage, piston rod bending, etc.
Causes and solutions of malfunctions of small loader working devices
?Main reason: During the manufacturing process of the working device, due to poor welding precision, it is difficult to assemble, resulting in abnormal stress on various components during machine operation, causing wear and damage; unqualified hydraulic cylinders are also an important factor in the difficulty and damage of the working device. Damage to the loader's working equipment is generally concentrated on the front frame, boom and hydraulic cylinder.

Solution: Improve or redesign welding tools; strictly control the welding and processing quality of each component, comply with various processes and operating procedures; strengthen the testing of hydraulic cylinders, and strictly control the quality of boom and bucket hydraulic cylinders.
