  Excessive speed of small loaders is a common problem. When this kind of problem occurs, it doesn't work, although it doesn't spin. The working speed of the small loader is too high, which slows down the anodization of the shock absorber oil and causes it to lose its corrosion resistance, which may cause damage to the rubber seal and cause great losses, despite the normal operation of the response wire machine.
Reasons for high temperature in small loader gearbox
  Why should the small loader's working speed be too high? Explain the problem seriously and responsibly, and eliminate the problem as scheduled. Nowadays, the rotation speed continues to increase, the viscosity of the small loader shock absorber oil 107 silicone rubber is constantly affected, the chlorine gas leakage quickly lowers the bottom, and the mist at each wet point is destroyed, causing the friction damage parts of the structural parts to be quickly added, and then the rotation speed rises rapidly and slowly. When the speed of the small loader is too high, the gap between the kinematic pairs will change abnormally due to different linear expansion coefficients. If the gap changes, the chlorine gas of the shock absorber oil will leak severely. If the gap is reduced, parts are likely to become stuck between each other. System water pressure is poorly adjusted. The speed regulating valve is the nerve center of the hydraulic transmission system, controlling the water pressure of the working oil entering the system. If the friction parts of the speed control valve angle valve of a small loader are depressurized or the hydraulic torque converter pressure valve is ineffective or stuck and cannot play a buffering role, it will lead to insufficient oil pipelines in the hydraulic torque converter and a decrease in water pressure. When the chlorine leakage from the speed control valve is light, the chlorine leakage can be filled by increasing the system water pressure; if the angle valve is severely damaged by friction, the speed control valve or angle valve should be replaced to increase the system water pressure.
