3. The oil pump plunger pair, oil outlet valve, oil pump roller, camshaft oil supply cam wear, etc., reduce the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump, which can not meet the needs of large loads. The oil volume adjustment arm on the oil pump plunger pair is adjusted by the adjustment rod The maximum fuel supply position.

Some pilots lack experience and mistakenly believe that the lower the temperature of the diesel engine, the better, frequent water changes, or the direct connection of cold water to the water tank during farmland irrigation, resulting in the temperature of the cooling water being too low, which may cause the failure of the excavator's weakness


Excavator work failure check steps:


1. First of all, it should be observed whether the diesel engine can reach the rated speed. If the empty car can reach the rated speed, but it can not be reached when the heavy vehicle is used, it can be basically determined that the tension of the governor tension spring is normal; if the speed of the empty car is very low, It is difficult to accelerate, it is difficult to increase the speed, it is easy to decelerate, and the speed is unstable. It may be that the speed spring is slack and the elastic force is weakened. The tension of the speed control spring should be checked to increase the tension. Identify the tension of the spring, you can take a new one The speed-regulating tension spring is connected in series with the old tension spring originally used, and the two ends are forcibly pulled. If the length of the old tension spring is longer than that of the new tension spring, it means that the tension of the old tension spring has been reduced. Consider replacing.


2. When the diesel engine starts, if there is a crisp and serious knocking sound in the cylinder, it means that the fuel supply time is too early. When the cooling water temperature reaches the boiling state, the knocking sound is eliminated, which means that the cylinder liner and piston are worn Serious, the previous knocking sound is not the oil supply time | too early. At this time, a small amount of engine oil can be injected into the cylinder liner. If the knocking sound decreases or disappears, it further indicates that the cylinder liner and the piston are seriously worn (generally accompanied by difficulty in starting).


3. If there is no crisp knocking sound after the diesel engine starts, the explosion sound is dull, and the cooling water boils quickly, black smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe, the exhaust temperature is high, and the spark is serious, it may be that the fuel supply time is too late .


4 If the machine emits white smoke, it means that the diesel contains water or the temperature of the diesel engine is too low, and some diesel cannot be burned; blue smoke (severe empty vehicles, heavy vehicles reduce or eliminate), may be serious wear of cylinder sleeves, piston rings, etc. Burning engine oil; black smoke may be caused by poor atomization, oil supply time is too late, oil nozzle drip or poor compression.


5. If the exhaust temperature is high, the exhaust pipe has carbon deposits, and black smoke is emitted during work, you should check whether the exhaust pipe muffler is blocked, and also consider | whether the air filter and valve gap adjustment are correct, and whether the compression performance is good Wait.


6. If the power of the diesel engine is found to be insufficient, the work is rough and the vibration is large, the quality of the fuel injection of the fuel injector should be checked first, and whether the atomization of the fuel injection is bad.
