Fault phenomenon
A forklift equipped with Xichai CA6DM2-39E3 engine. During the driver's driving, the fault light will be on without the neutral gear, and then the accelerator pedal will not respond. The engine speed is about 1500rpm / min. Turn off the key and restart the engine. This is not the case if the vehicle is in neutral, and the user still finds a friend to replace the three fuel injectors.
Troubleshooting
According to the fault phenomenon, and read this fault code with Ifka as P1014 (when the engine is dragged, the fuel amount is wrong), mainly caused by the wear of the injector. Although the failure still exists after the user replaces three fuel injectors, because the wear of this fuel injector is an average wear, replacement requires 6 fuel injectors, rather than the so-called replacement of one or two to solve the problem.
