Failure phenomenon:
When the excavator is working, the engine loses its speed (turned from 1980 to more than 1400 revolutions). The excavator holds back the vehicle and emits black smoke, which affects the normal operation of the excavator.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. First, clean the oil path of the excavator after the fault occurs. Replace the oil filter and oil-water separator used in the excavator respectively, and the air filter core of the excavator is also replaced.
2. Check whether the oil used by the excavator matches the model of the excavator? Has the oil in the oil tank of the excavator become dirty or has it been increased?
3. Then, check the engine speed when the excavator engine is unloaded. The normal speed is 1980 to plus or minus 30 rpm.
4. Then, use the ps control pressure gauge of the excavator to detect that the pressure without load (3030kpa under no load and 980kpa under load) is normal.
5. Check the voltage value of the PRV solenoid valve of the excavator to see if the PRV valve is working properly?
6. Both are normal. Check whether the working pressure value of the double pump load of the excavator is normal?
7 The working pressure value is normal when the double pump is loaded, and then check the engine (check the fuel pressure, common rail pressure, boost pressure of the engine).
8. If the above steps are checked, it is normal, then finally check and adjust the engine valve of the excavator, adjusted to 0.25mm, 0.4mm row, do you still see the fault?
9. After debugging the engine valve, the black smoke of the excavator was eliminated.
