The motor cover found that the contact surface between the valve disc and the cylinder body was badly worn, which was the reason. The failure of the test machine after the replacement of the new parts was still the same. Then, the rotary motor was disassembled and inspected carefully. Test machine everything is normal.

Failure analysis:


There is a gap in the seal ring, which makes the brake cylinder tightly sealed, and the brake release time becomes longer. The brake is not completely released when starting the rotation.
