Failure phenomenon:
When a Kato HD1023 hydraulic excavator is constructed at the construction site, the excavator travels straight to the left and the left is weak, but the excavator is difficult to turn right on soft soil, and when the engine is at a low speed, the right side can walk, the left side cannot, I do not know what happens?
Checked the following according to the sequence of walking movement of the excavator:
Kato HD1023 hydraulic excavator left walking weakness failure cause inspection method:
1 In addition to checking that the excavator hydraulic pump supplies high-pressure oil for the walking motor, it also supplies oil to the small arm hydraulic cylinder and the big arm hydraulic cylinder.
2 The main control valve of the excavator is controlled by the pilot oil circuit. If the pressure of the pilot oil circuit is low, the pilot oil cannot push the valve stem of the walking valve, or the travel of the valve stem of the walking valve is small. In order to control the pilot oil pressure of the main control valves of the left and right travel motors, the left and right pilot oil pressures are both 4MPa, so it is determined that the excavator pilot control system is normal.
3 The failure of the control valve mainly manifests as:
The main safety valve pressure is adjusted too low,
The pressure of the oil relief valve is adjusted too low,
The wear of the valve stem and the valve hole makes its cooperation clearance increase.
The above faults can lead to weakness in left walking.
4 Since the boom hydraulic cylinder and the arm hydraulic cylinder can work normally, the pressure of the main safety valve should be normal.
5 After the pressure of the port relief valve is increased and the test is performed, the fault remains the same, so it should not be a fault of the port relief valve.
6 Check whether the clearance between the valve stem and the valve hole is increased, and exchange the left and right walking tubing. It turns out that the original left walking is weak, but now it is the right walking weak. , Leading to leaks and causing left walking weakness.
