1. Pump

1. For newly installed (or removed and reassembled) pumps, the air in the pump must be removed before starting.


Exhaust method: add oil to the oil mark position in the hydraulic oil tank, loosen the pump exhaust plug until more oil flows out, tighten the exhaust plug.


3. The oil pump must not be started under load, and must not be started at a rapid speed.


4. The oil pump must not suck in air, and the oil suction filter must not be blocked (clean and replace on time) to prevent cavitation of the pump, premature damage to pump parts, noise and vibration.


2. Walking motor


1. The travel motor has two connected oil drain ports, which are symmetrically distributed. When replacing a new travel motor, the oil drain and return hose should be connected to the drain port at the highest position of the travel motor (the other oil drain port is blocked with a screw plug). Live) to prevent the oil in the motor housing from emptying.


2. The drain port of the travel motor is connected to the fuel tank. The back pressure of the oil return should not be greater than 0.3MPa. The variable speed port is supplied by the pilot oil circuit and the working pressure is 4MPa. The hoses of these two ports must not be installed wrongly, otherwise 4MPa Oil pressure will damage parts such as the oil seal of the shaft head of the walking motor.


3. The gear oil in the gearbox of the travel motor should be replaced on time.


Third, rotary motor


1. In addition to the two working oil ports, the slewing motor also has a slack port to open the brake cylinder and a drain port. The slack port is supplied by the pilot oil circuit, the working pressure is 4MPa, the drain port is connected to the oil tank, and the oil is returned. The back pressure should not be greater than 0.3MPa. The position of the oil drain port on the rotary motor is higher than that of the loose port. The hoses of these two oil ports cannot be installed incorrectly. Otherwise, the oil pressure of 4MPa will damage the oil seal of the rotary motor and the connecting bolts.


2. For the newly installed (or removed and reassembled) rotary motor, before starting, in order to ensure the lubrication of the moving parts in the motor, the motor case must be filled with hydraulic oil to prevent burnout. To check whether the motor casing is filled with hydraulic oil, loosen the exhaust plug on the top surface of the motor, and see if there is oil leakage. If there is no oil leakage, oil can be injected into the motor casing from the exhaust plug port, or the engine speed is low, safe The lock lever is placed in the "locked" position (at this time, the pilot oil return oil is in communication with the drain and return oil of the rotary motor), the pilot oil fills the motor case with oil, and the exhaust plug port seeps oil, and then tighten the exhaust screw plug.


3. The gear oil in the reduction box of the rotary motor should be replaced on time. For some excavators, the NACHI rotary motor gearbox is smoothed by its own working hydraulic oil, and no additional gear oil is needed.
