1. Grinding: running in


This is the basis for extending the service life of the loader engine. Whether it is a new car or an engine after overhaul, it must be run in accordance with the regulations before it can be put into normal operation.


2. Net: ie oil net, water net, gas net and body net


Diesel and gasoline are the main fuels of the engine. If the diesel and gasoline are not pure, the precision cooperative body will wear out and the cooperation gap will increase, resulting in oil leakage, oil dripping, reduced fuel supply pressure, the gap becomes larger, and even the oil path is blocked. , Severe failures such as holding shafts and burning tiles. If the air contains a lot of dust, it will accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring. If the cooling water is not pure, it will block the scale of the cooling system and hinder the heat dissipation of the engine. The smooth conditions are also poor, and the body is severely worn. If the surface of the machine body is not clean, it will corrode the surface and shorten the service life.


3. Inspection: I often check the fastening parts


Due to the impact of vibration and uneven load during the operation of diesel and gasoline engines, the bolts and nuts are simply loose. Also check the adjustment bolts of each part to avoid the possibility of damage to the body due to looseness.


4. Foot: oil foot, water foot, air foot


If the supply of diesel, gasoline and air is not timely or stopped, it will show difficulties in starting, poor combustion, reduced power, and abnormal operation of the engine. If the oil supply is lacking or stopped, the engine will be smooth and poor, the body will be severely worn and even burned. If the cooling water is insufficient, the temperature of the machine will be too high, the power will decrease, the wear will increase, and the service life will be reduced.


5. Adjustment: the valve clearance, valve timing, fuel supply early angle, fuel injection pressure, and ignition timing of the diesel or gasoline engine should be checked and adjusted in time to ensure that the engine is always in an outstanding technical condition before saving fuel , To extend the service life.


6. Use: the correct use of the engine


Before traveling, smooth parts such as bushes should be smooth. After starting, it should be put into operation when the water temperature reaches 40 ℃ -50 ℃. Prohibit long-term overload or low-speed operation. Before stopping, the load should be unloaded to reduce the speed. After parking in winter, when the water temperature drops to 40 ℃ -50 ℃, the engine with cooling fluid filled with antifreeze is on the outside. Normally, the maintenance work of the engine should be done frequently to keep the machine working in an outstanding condition. Observe and check frequently, find faults, and eliminate them in time.
