4. After analysis, it is found that Komatsu PC110-8M0 excavator has difficulty in starting, and the reason for the abnormal sound fault is that the valve of the excavator engine valve mechanism is not returned in time.
Common causes of faults:
1. In the above case, the valve return of the excavator engine valve mechanism is not timely
2. The blow out on the cylinder head of the excavator engine is blocked
3. The fuel injection pump piston of excavator is not assembled correctly
4. Komatsu PC110-8M0 excavator fuel injection pump cam is installed reversely, which causes excavator starting difficulty and abnormal sound fault.
