A Komatsu pc130-8m0 excavator has been working for 5900 hours. It is currently under construction. Recently, there was a failure that the breaking hammer was weak. Moreover, the hammer head of the excavator took several hours to flow out. It was checked that the liquid flowing out was not hydraulic oil, and the air pressure at the gun head of the excavator was also low.

Cause analysis

1. Except for butter, the hammer of excavator is hydraulic oil. Check whether the liquid flowing out is not hydraulic oil. Then check whether it is butter?

2. As for the air leakage of the excavator, first confirm whether the nitrogen valve leaks. The method is very simple. Smear some saliva around the nitrogen valve. If the nitrogen valve does not leak, the gas seal is broken

3. If the oil flows out along the drill rod, make sure whether the grease flows down after the high temperature. If not, it must be hydraulic oil If the hydraulic oil is used, the oil seal must be broken. Open the movement and check the oil seal, piston and cylinder block Under normal circumstances, the piston and cylinder block will be strained. If it is not too serious, it can be used to polish it with an oilstone If it is serious, the piston can only be replaced The breaking hammer of this excavator is weak and liquid flows out. The oil seal must be replaced.

A Komatsu pc130-8m0 excavator has not been damaged before. It has been engaged in earthwork and tree planting along the road. It has replaced the oil pipe. Analysis: it is invalid to replace the framework oil seal of the excavator for many times, and the new oil seal will be damaged every time. The possibility of human replacement error is eliminated. It is possible that the bearing is damaged, and the framework oil seal is damaged due to the runout of the shaft rotation.

Inspection process: hydraulic oil leaked from the framework oil seal of the sealing cover of the front drive shaft of the main pump. It was found that the framework oil seal was damaged when the sealing cover of the main pump was removed. After replacement, the excavator leaked oil again within a short time of operation. Repeated replacement was invalid and the framework oil seal was damaged every time. It was found that the roller bearing on the front drive shaft was damaged when the main pump was disassembled.

Maintenance method: replace the bearing and framework oil seal of the front drive shaft of the excavator.
