2. Komatsu PC215-10M0 excavator operates at high speed, and the engine speed cannot be reduced, nor can the high speed be switched to idle speed (1000 rpm).

Failure site inspection and analysis:

1. Check whether the same phenomenon occurs when the idle pressure switch (work / travel) mode is switched between each other

2. Check whether the point contact idle speed is normal

3. Check the filter element: the visual inspection is normal

4. Observe whether the same phenomenon exists after replacing the idle pressure switch Add: the idle switch is driven by normally closed oil pressure to increase the number of revolutions

5. The newly replaced idle switch is poor and works normally after the second replacement Add: normally closed type must enter the pressure (RCV working) before the pressure switch can be opened, and send a signal (5V) to the CPU to increase the engine speed When the handle is in the middle gear, the pressure switch is automatically connected and converted to the idle state.

6. The same phenomenon also occurs when replacing the idle pressure switch, which is misjudged as CPU failure Replace the CPU, but the fault has not been eliminated.

Fault site maintenance method:

Replace the idle pressure switch with a new one before it can work normally.

1. The idle pressure switch should first check whether the resistance / voltage is normal.

① Measured voltage: 5V in hydraulic operation, 0V in gear 0.

② Measure the resistance (measure the resistance of the two contacts of the pressure switch after removing the connector): when the hydraulic pressure is working, it is ∞ Ω, and when the gear is 0, it is 0 Ω.

2. The idle pressure switch operates in linkage with the walking device, so any problem in either of the two cannot be converted to the idle state.
