1. Poor insulation of electromagnetic coil;

5. Dry electromagnet enters oil and burns the coil;

6. The push rod is too long and the electromagnet stroke is not matched properly, and the electromagnet iron core cannot be pulled in, so that the current is too large and the coil overheats and burns out.

Treatment method:

1. Replace the electromagnet;

2. Check the power supply voltage and adjust it to the specified range;

3. Check and re weld;

4. Use wet DC electromagnet;

5. Trim the push rod;

6. Disassembly and reassembly;

7. Check and eliminate the oil leakage fault at the push rod or replace the sealing ring.
