Fault analysis:
1. Connect other pilot oil to your walking, and then try whether you can walk at the same time to judge whether the walking pilot pressure is normal?
2. Then check whether the backpressure of the excavator, that is, the pressure at the oil filling port of the swing motor, is normal?
3. There is something wrong with the central oil separator
4. The hydraulic oil circuit is not clean, and tiny dirt blocks the damping hole in the middle of a small piston in the safety valve. The safety valve can be removed for cleaning to eliminate the blockage of the damping hole.
Fault inspection and analysis:
1. The traveling motor pressure on the left and right sides of the excavator is inconsistent
2. It is recommended to use a pressure gauge to detect the pressure difference between the left and right travel motors. After detection, he can raise the side with low pressure on the safety valve, which can eliminate the problem that Komatsu S180 excavator cannot walk straight
3. If it is detected that the pressure value of the left and right travel motors of the excavator is the same, it may be that the flow of the plunger pump is different
4. If the flow rate of the plunger pump is the same, the reason why Komatsu S180 excavator cannot go straight is the problem of the excavator linear control valve
