It may be that after the copper sleeve in the cylinder body of CAT excavator was broken, the wear clearance between the plunger and the cylinder body was large, and the hydraulic oil leakage was too large, which caused the pressure fluctuation of the front pump, resulting in the jitter of the oil outlet pipe of CAT 315 excavator.

Causes of abnormal noise of front pump of CAT excavator
First, check the hydraulic oil level of the excavator to ensure there is no oil shortage; Check that the oil is not deteriorated.
Then, the hydraulic return oil filter element of the excavator was checked, and a small amount of copper scraps were found. It was analyzed that the front pump made abnormal noise due to the problem of the hydraulic pump of CAT 315 excavator, and the action was weak.
