From whether every posture of the equipment is smoothly carried out, it can be distinguished that there is something abnormal, or even roughly. Identify where the common faults are.

Of course, if you are willing to deal with common faults quickly and accurately, light waves are probably not enough. Therefore, what I want to share with everyone today is that the excavator sometimes has no posture, or the common failure of the whole vehicle without posture frequently occurs.


Common fault conditions

According to the owner of the machine, there will be no posture of the whole vehicle during the first few hours of machine work with common faults, and no posture of the whole vehicle will appear frequently in the middle and later work, and the common fault conditions are confusing. The owner also checked the working pressure concisely and clearly. Since he did not have the skill to maintain the work, he called for the help of a technical engineer.

Analysis of common faults

Firstly, based on the common failure conditions, the common failure points can be judged step by step, and there are many of the following:

1. The main speed control valve is damaged and worn out early, and the main working pressure is not stable.

2. The valve core of the main relay is stuck and damaged, which makes the main working pressure oil unstable.

3. The power switch of the main lock does not touch tightly, which causes the power supply system of the main relay to be unstable.

4. Common failures of the lead solenoid valve coil cause the magnetic field to be unstable.

5. The route of the leading relay power supply system is not stable.

Common fault check

1. According to common faults, hang the main pressure gauge on one end of the main pump and one end of the output oil hole of the main relay respectively. When everything is normal in work, the value of the two barometers will be up and down 39bar. When there is an abnormality, the main pressure The working pressure of the oil outlet of the relay is up and down 5bar, and the measurement of the leading pump is still 39bar, and the display information is all normal, thus eliminating the common faults of the leading speed control valve.

2. The main relay core was disassembled, no stuck or damaged condition was found, and the common faults of the main relay valve core were cleared.

3. When everything is normal at work, the measured operating voltage of the main electromagnetic induction power supply system is 28.5V, and the power supply system is all normal. When there is an abnormality in the work, the measured relay power supply system is 6V up and down, the leading relay resistor At 25 ohms, the resistance is all normal, clearing the common fault of the leading relay.

4. Turn on the main lock pressure difference switch, and everything is normal when it is turned off and on, and there is no virtual connection. Use the digital multimeter to accurately measure the power switch, and everything is normal during work. Clear the main lock pressure switch.

5. Immediately supply the secondary battery to the leading relay power supply system, debug, and the excavator has been working normally. When there is no posture, the common fault appears on the power supply system route due to the identification of common faults. The route from the main relay to the main power switch was checked and there was no abnormal damage or virtual connection.

6. Check the main power switch to one end of the power supply system, and there is no abnormality in the route. At the time of inspection of the route, I found that the commercial insurance of the main relay power supply system was hot. The inspection found that the commercial insurance in the fuse box was very loose. After unplugging the commercial insurance, I found that the fixed clamp of the commercial insurance had long been loosened, resulting in a route. The virtual connection power supply system is not stable, the working voltage is reduced, and the route is hot.

Common fault clearing

Reinstall the fixed clamping wire of the fuse box, insert the commercial fuse properly, make the fuse and the latch firmly hold, start the equipment debugging, the common failures disappear, after more than one and a half hours of trial operation, there are no common failures Happen again.

The common faults are completely dealt with here. This is a reminder to everyone. Don't rush to fix them when you encounter common faults. It is only necessary to list the common faults and gradually check them gradually, so that it is not easy to waste time!
