   2. Fuel pipe

   Except for the circuit, the fuel pipe is a common cause of failure. Then, how do you know that it is a common failure of the fuel pipe that causes the car to be unable to hit the car?

   If you can hear the starter motor turning strongly when you twist the starter key, and the diesel engine does not have any abnormal mechanical friction noise, then it can probably be judged to be the fuel pipe. The inspection of the fuel pipe of a direct injection vehicle is simpler than that of the circuit, and it is very complicated to inspect some diesel engines with a high-pressure common rail motor control. Generally, it can be checked from the following two steps.

   1. Check if there is sufficient fuel

   First check whether the car’s fuel tank has oil. Everyone will feel that this step is too unbelievable, but in fact, there are not a few customers who can’t hit the car because the car’s fuel tank is empty.

A car with a good fuel gauge can check the remaining fuel in the car’s fuel tank based on the fuel gauge, but the web editor suggests that at this time, it is best to check whether the car’s fuel tank also has sufficient fuel according to the car’s fuel gauge or opening the fuel cap. After all, the oil gauge will often fail.

  2, add water to the oil-water separator

After it is clear that there is a sufficient fired diesel engine in the fuel tank of the car, the next step is to say the oil-water separator. In fact, many owners do not have the habit of adding water to the oil-water separator every day, if the quality of the product oil just applied is not high enough. It will be impossible to start the diesel engine because of excessive moisture.

The oil-water separator generally has bright red buoys. The relative density of this type of buoy is close to the middle of the diesel engine's water, so it will float on the river and at the level of the diesel engine. When the oil-water separator buoy is in the middle, it should be turned off immediately. The water-filled anchor bolt at the bottom of the oil-water separator drains water. This should be the actual operation for each oil-water separator.

  3, diesel engine exhaust

After removing the excessive moisture in the diesel engine, if you can’t start the car, the next step is to check whether there is gas in the diesel engine. First look for the hand oil pump, which is not the same as the well-known brand diesel engine hand oil pump. It's different. Some are installed around the diesel pump, and some are equipped with an oil pump with electronic components, so manual exhaust is not necessary. At this stage, most of the excavator hand oil pumps on sale are installed on the oil-water separator, and screw the side of the oil pump. The upper air vent anchor bolts, press the oil pump by hand, until the air vent anchor bolts are all diesel engines, and then tighten the air vent anchor bolts to start the exhaust body work.

   Under normal circumstances, the car can be started after checking the circuit and fuel pipe. At this time, if the car is still not available, the mechanical equipment should be considered.

   Three, mechanical failure

   If the circuit and fuel pipe are found to have no problems after inspection, there will always be a mechanical failure caused by the diesel engine.

Generally, diesel engines have a relatively low probability of mechanical failure. However, once a mechanical failure occurs, the engine will be overhauled. Common mechanical failures of diesel engines include cylinder pulling, tile burning, and cylinder ramming. Under normal circumstances, diesel engines have mechanical failures. Symptoms, for example, the diesel engine suddenly runs weak during all normal work, or the exhaust pipe emits black smoke, and the whole process of operation has different effects.

Mechanical failures are mostly caused when diesel engines are working. The probability of mechanical failures when starting a cool car is low, and the diesel engines of general excavators must be lifted to carry out disassembly and repair if the diesel engine of the excavator produces mechanical failures. It is recommended to find after-sales service units or technical professionals. Engine maintenance staff carry out inspections and repairs.
