Please check the accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder assembly line. The quality of the hydraulic cylinder assembly line should be improved.
For example, when the piston rod and the piston rod are different, the parallelism of the two is correct; when the piston rod is bent, the piston rod is straightened, and the interaction between the piston rod and the guide sleeve should be H8/f8, which should be strictly in accordance with specifications and quality. Standard application of reliable seal rings from manufacturers, and when selecting V-shaped seal rings, the sealing sliding friction should be adjusted to a moderate level.
Please check if there is air in the tank
A. If air is infiltrated in the hydraulic oil and air is sucked in from the hydraulic oil pump, the failure of the air inlet of the hydraulic oil pump should be cleared first.
B. For new hydraulic cylinders, repaired hydraulic cylinders, or hydraulic cylinders that have been shut down for a long time, there will be air in the cylinders and pipelines. According to the air release plug and exhaust pipe of the hydraulic cylinder, for the hydraulic cylinder that is not equipped with a professional air-water separator, the import and export trade three-way joints on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder should be slightly loosened, and the reciprocating operation should be performed for several times. The cylinder unfolds the exhaust pipe. If the oil exposed from the connector part turns from white to clear, it indicates that the air has been cleaned and clean. At this time, you can tighten the three-way joint again. For hydraulic cylinders that cannot be exhausted by other methods, the exhaust pipe can be loaded and the exhaust pipe filled with oil can be used to exhaust the air.
C. For situations where air pressure is generated in the cylinder and air is easily sucked in from the piston rod, attention should be paid to the rationalization of the piston rod sealing design scheme
D. After starting, let the hydraulic cylinder operate with a larger stroke arrangement and a larger speed to drive the steam out.
Please check the assembly line and lubrication of the slide rail
