one look
It is found that the temperature of the diesel engine is too high or the temperature indicator light is constantly flashing. It is necessary to check whether the cooling water in the water storage tank is normal, and whether there is any leakage in the water storage tank, tap water pipes and various connections. If no abnormality is found according to the surface inspection, the cooling water can be added in accordance with the regulations before working again.
If after working for a period of time, the temperature is still found to be too high, and the parking inspection finds that the cooling water has dropped too much. This is mostly due to sand holes or broken holes in the water jacket of the cylinder block. After discovering this fault, maintenance should be carried out, and no luck should be allowed.
Two 、Wash
If the dirt sticks to the heat pipe radiator, if things go on like this, it will harm the actual heat dissipation effect of the heat pipe and cause the temperature to be too high. The heat pipe radiator grid should be blown with air compression first, and then cleaned with a tap water pipe.

When the temperature of the diesel engine is too high, you can touch the temperature of the water inlet pipe and the bottom pipe with your hands to distinguish the fault. If the temperature difference between the two water pipes is very large, it can be judged that the thermometer is not working. If you can’t buy spare parts temporarily, the detachable thermometer is urgent, and you can replace it immediately after a spare part is available.
Four, release
If there is gas in the refrigeration system, air resistance will occur, which will make the cooling water circulation system poor and cause the diesel engine temperature to be too high. The following methods can be used to release the air: Let the diesel engine run at high speed, and gently twist the water tank cover until the vapor is released. At this time, a part of the cooling water will be discharged with the vapor. The steam has been exhausted (the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes will be significantly different at this time). After the fault is cleared, the cooling water should be filled immediately.
