Countermeasure: Check whether the engine speed sensing system is normal.
Problem 2: After the excavator works normally for a certain period of time, it becomes weak
Reason: the internal parts of the main pump (mostly variable plunger pumps) are worn / the valve stem and the valve hole of the multi-way distribution valve (main safety valve, secondary valve, relief valve, etc.) have become larger / pilot gear pump is excessively worn , Causing internal leakage, resulting in insufficient flow, high oil temperature, and unable to establish stable oil pressure.
Countermeasures: Replace/repair worn parts, reorganize and debug, and match the parameters of each circuit.
