  Check the battery pile head

A standard machine owner can use a digital multimeter to measure the working voltage of the battery.

   If the battery has no common faults, the next step is to check the route. Check the route along the battery to see if the route is broken or the connector is loose.

   The inspection of the fuel pipe of a direct injection vehicle is simpler than the circuit. It is very complicated to inspect some motor-controlled high-pressure common rail engines. Generally, the inspection can be performed from the following two steps.

   check if there is enough fuel

   First check whether the car’s fuel tank has oil. Everyone will feel that this step is too unbelievable, but in fact, there are not a few customers who can’t light the car because the car’s fuel tank is out of fuel.

A car with a good fuel gauge can check the remaining oil in the car’s fuel tank according to the fuel gauge, but at this time, it is best to check whether the car’s fuel tank also has sufficient fuel according to the car’s fuel gauge or opening the fuel cap. After all, the fuel gauge It will be common failure.

  Oil-water separator add water

After it is clear that there is a sufficient fired diesel engine in the fuel tank of the car, the next step is to say the oil-water separator. In fact, many owners do not have the habit of adding water to the oil-water separator every day, if the quality of the product oil just applied is not high enough. It will be impossible to start the diesel engine because of excessive moisture.

The oil-water separator generally has bright red buoys. The relative density of this type of buoy is close to the middle of the diesel engine's water, so it will float on the river and at the level of the diesel engine. When the oil-water separator buoy is in the middle, it should be turned off immediately. The water-filled anchor bolt at the bottom of the oil-water separator drains water. This should be the actual operation for each oil-water separator.

   Engine exhaust

After removing the excessive moisture in the diesel engine, if you can’t start the car, the next step is to check if there is gas in the diesel engine. First look for the part of the hand oil pump. The installation part of the hand oil pump for engines of different well-known brands is not the same. Similarly, some are installed around the diesel pump, and some are equipped with an oil pump with electronic components, so there is no need for manual exhaust.

At this stage, most of the hand oil pumps for excavators on sale are installed on the oil-water separator. Unscrew the air vent anchor bolts on the side of the oil pump, press the oil pump by hand until the air vent anchor bolts are diesel engines. The air vent anchor bolts are tightened, and the work of the exhaust body is in progress.

   Under normal circumstances, the car can be started after checking the circuit and fuel pipe. At this time, if the car is still not available, the mechanical equipment should be considered.

  Mechanical failure

   If the circuit and fuel pipe are found to have no problems after inspection, there will always be a mechanical failure caused by the engine.

Generally, the probability of mechanical failure of diesel engine is relatively low. However, once a mechanical failure occurs, the engine will be repaired. Common mechanical failures of the engine include cylinder pulling, tile burning, and cylinder ramming. Under normal circumstances, the mechanical failure of the engine is all signs. For example, in all normal work, the engine suddenly runs weak, or the exhaust pipe emits black smoke, and the whole process of operation has different effects.
