The uncontrolled rotation of the platform is generally caused by the following reasons:
(1) The pilot control oil pressure is out of control. The general faults that cause the pilot oil pressure to lose control are:
①The pilot valve core is stuck or stuck in the valve hole, so that the valve core cannot be flexibly changed. The pilot oil pressure is not controlled by the joystick. The valve core, valve hole, or foreign matter should be matched to grind the valve core, valve hole or remove foreign matter, so that the pilot valve core can go up and down. Freely active:
②The control plunger is stuck in the sliding sleeve, and the return spring cannot return the control plunger, causing the pilot to lose control. The foreign matter between the plunger and the sliding sleeve should be removed so that the plunger can move up and down freely;
③If the pilot spring is broken and jams the pilot spool, the broken spring should be replaced.
(2) The return spring of the valve stem of the multi-way reversing valve is broken, which can also cause the rotation to lose control. If the return spring of the valve stem of the reversing valve is broken and the pilot control oil pressure is lost, the valve stem of the multi-way reversing valve cannot return to the neutral position and is in a half-closed state. The oil flow of the main oil circuit flows to the rotary motor through the half-closed valve hole to make the motor Operation, causing the platform to spin out of control, so replace the broken return spring to eliminate the fault
(3) The valve stem of the multi-way reversing valve is stuck or stuck in the valve hole by foreign matter. The valve stem is not controlled by the pilot oil pressure. The oil flow of the main oil circuit flows directly or cannot flow to the rotary motor, causing the rotation to lose control, so it is matched. Grind or remove foreign matter, so that the valve stem can be switched freely.
