Find the cause of the failure:

If there is a gap or a sawtooth, knock out the new heel and reassemble it, replace the quenching
2. Check whether the steel ball or cone valve core is misaligned after reassembly: the contact position of the valve core and the valve seat changes, and the pressure oil leaks from the wear pit of the steel ball along the original contact line.
3. Clean the clearance between the outer diameter of the valve core and the inner diameter of the valve body hole. If necessary, electroplating repairs the outer diameter of the valve core. The outer diameter of the valve core is too large or the gap is too large after use. It can be seen with the naked eye. The junction of the bonnet and the replaceable or reinstalled oil inlet, usually the sealing ring is damaged or missing
Corresponding countermeasures for troubleshooting:
1. Disassemble and clean, replace the oil in the West Asia system when necessary
2. Grind the cone surface of the valve core or replace the quenched steel ball
3. When there is a gap, knock out the valve seat and replace it with a new one
4. Reassemble the configuration and replace the quenched steel ball
5. Cleaning. If necessary, replace the electroplating to repair the outer circle size of the spool
