In response to this problem, the cause of the failure is analyzed:
1. If the excavator cannot rotate in the left and right directions, first check whether the positioning pin of the rotary platform has been pulled out. The platform positioning pin should be pulled out before turning. If the platform positioning pin has been pulled out, it still cannot turn left and right. At this time, you can start the machine so that the stick and bucket cylinder are fully extended, and the bucket is about 1.5m off the ground before stopping. When the pilot handle is not operated, several people push the bucket in the direction of rotation of the platform. When several people push the bucket, if the platform cannot rotate, the failure is caused by damage to the slewing reducer. In this regard, the rotary reducer should be disassembled for inspection and troubleshooting.
2. In the case of high pressure at the oil inlet of the swing motor, if the excavator platform still cannot rotate, the maintenance personnel should touch the oil return pipe of the motor by hand. If you don't feel the oil flowing in the tube, but feel the motor vibration, it can be judged that the internal damage of the motor is caused. If the maintenance personnel feel that there is oil flowing in the oil return pipe of the hydraulic motor, and the platform still cannot rotate, it may be caused by the following reasons:
①The output journal of the rotary hydraulic motor is broken: the hydraulic motor should be replaced or repaired;
②The spline in the input shaft of the reducer is cut: the damaged parts should be replaced;
③Because the slewing bearing has not been greased in long-term use, the slewing bearing is bitten: grease should be added to make it better lubricated;
④ The slewing bearing isolator or steel ball is damaged and clenched: the damaged parts should be replaced and greased.
The above reasons are only the preliminary judgment of the excavator maintenance master.
