Hydraulic oil with good anti-oxidation stability, long-term use is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate, and can ensure the normal circulation of hydraulic oil.
Also choose the right viscosity. Viscosity is the size of the frictional resistance between molecules when the oil flows. When the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too high, it will increase the transmission resistance in the pipeline. During the working process of Zhongshou Heavy Industry Loader, the energy loss increases, the main engine no-load loss increases, the temperature rises quickly, and the working temperature is high. The main pump suction end may have a "cavity" phenomenon; if the viscosity of the loader hydraulic oil is too high If it is too small, good lubrication conditions cannot be guaranteed, which intensifies the wear of parts, increases the leakage of the system, and reduces the volumetric efficiency of the oil pump. The specific application depends on the working pressure, working temperature and moving speed of the actuator of the hydraulic system of the small forklift.
