Loaders will inevitably encounter failures in use. A common fault is that the engine in the loader accessory burns out the bearing bush. Quite a few people think that the main reason for the burnt out of the bearing bush is the oil pump. Let’s introduce four reasons:
1. The quality and brand of the engine oil do not meet the requirements of engine lubricating oil, or it is improperly stored. The engine oil has deteriorated due to water ingress and loses its lubrication function.
2. The lubricating oil circuit of the engine is blocked. In particular, the oil path leading to the bearing bush is blocked by impurities and sludge, which causes the oil path to be blocked, lose lubrication and burn the shaft
3. The oil temperature is too high, the oil becomes thinner, the oil pressure drops, the lubrication is poor, and the bearing bush is burned out.
4. Insufficient supply of lubricating oil. The engine lubrication system lacks oil, and it is not easy to form a lubricating oil film between the bearing bushes. Due to poor lubrication, the shaft and the bushes are in direct contact and friction, and the temperature rises sharply, causing the bushing alloy to melt and fall off, and the bearing bushes bite and burn out. At the same time, lack of oil in the engine lubrication system can also cause damage to the oil pump.
Therefore, after encountering an engine failure, it is necessary to analyze the specific problem in detail and find a feasible solution method.
