The loader may leak oil during use. It is necessary to deal with this situation in time and see how to deal with it.
There is a situation that the oil delivery part is leaking, and the gasket of the hollow screw of the oil delivery pipe is not flat. You can remove the gasket, grind it, and then pad it. If you can’t solve it, replace it with a new gasket, or cut it into a thick soft plastic gasket; oil leakage at the joint between the plastic oil pipeline and the metal is mostly caused by the hardening or rupture of the plastic oil pipeline. You can cut it off and use hot water. Iron it, install it on the metal joint while it is hot, and tie it firmly with a wire.
In one case, the valve cover leaked oil. Installation: If the tightening force of the valve cover is too large, it is easy to deform and leak oil. At this time, you can remove the leaking valve cover, hammer it carefully with a wooden stick and reshape it to make the contact surface smooth, and then you can line up and install the gasket.
Another situation is also an important component, that is, the injector returns oil. In order to avoid oil return leakage, the oil can be led back to the fuel tank through the oil return pipe, or a diesel filter can be introduced. If the oil return pipe is damaged, you can use a plastic pipe to introduce the oil into your own container, filter it, and then pour it back into the oil tank.
If you encounter the above three types of loader oil leakage, you can refer to it, and hope it will be useful to you.
