1. Tools and materials preparation: filter wrench, which can be belt type, equipped with force sleeve; toilet paper, two for each filter element; new filter element; several milliliters of oil; handle and threaded gloves for loosening the exhaust bolt.
2. Use a piece of toilet paper to wipe off the oil stains and dust on the waist of the old filter element, so that the belt-type filter element wrench will not slip. Sometimes the filter element is tight due to the elasticity of the sealing rubber ring. At this time, don't worry when unscrewing, just keep a certain unscrewing force, don't let go. After a while, the sealing rubber ring of the filter element passes through elastically and is easy to loosen. Before the filter element is loosened and the diesel oil flows out, remove the wrench to avoid oil pollution, remove the gloves, and then continue to unscrew the filter element with your bare hands, and then wipe it clean with toilet paper. Open the package of the new filter element, apply a thin layer of engine oil on the sealing rubber ring, screw back the new filter element by hand, and tighten it without a wrench as much as possible.
3. After replacing all the filter elements, use a wrench to loosen the oil drain plug on the upper part of the coarse filter element seat along the oil path, and pump oil with a manual pump until the pure oil without entrained gas is discharged from the plug and tightened; loosen the secondary filter The bleed plug on the upper part of the device seat, and pump oil until it flows out and tighten it. Then loosen the connecting bolt from the fine filter element to the end of the oil pipe of the oil pump body, and pump oil with a hand pump until the oil overflows, tighten and confirm that all the bleed bolts have been tightened.
