How To Use Loaders In Winter?

Mar 23, 2021

In winter, if the mechanical handling is not good, it is easy to freeze and damage the loader. Now let me tell you how to use it in winter so as not to damage the loader.

1. Generally, the temperature is below 5, so the engine must be preheated by heating water or steam before starting, and then start after heating to a temperature above 30-40 (mainly preheating the cylinder temperature, and then heating the mist diesel temperature, because the general diesel engine is Compression ignition);

2. Only when the water temperature of the diesel engine is higher than 55 and the oil temperature is higher than 45, can it be allowed to run at full load; during operation, the water temperature and oil temperature of the engine must not exceed 95, and the oil temperature of the torque converter must not exceed 110.

3. When the temperature is lower than 0, the cooling water in the water tank, engine, oil cooler and torque converter oil cooler should be discharged after get off work every day to avoid freezing and cracking; there is water vapor in the gas tank, which is often discharged Prevent icing and cause brake failure. If antifreeze is added, it may not be discharged.

4. If the storage vehicle is out of service for more than half a month, the engine must be started every 15 days and run for a period of time to charge the battery. If it takes too long, remove the battery and charge it with a charger (the same applies to vehicles sold by dealers). At the same time, move appropriately to replace the pressure part of the tire to prevent tire deformation; the vehicle must be parked for more than two months, and the battery negative electrode must be disconnected or removed.
