4. Focus on whether the turbocharger is damaged. The failure of the turbocharger is also a factor of black smoke.
5. It may be the problem of the fuel injection nozzle (check the fuel injection nozzle when the cylinder is broken, and replace whichever has the problem.
6. Also pay attention to the amount of black smoke: if the black smoke is very small, it may be that the air filter has been dirty, or it may be that the diesel filter element has not been replaced for a long time; if the black smoke is large, it is generally possible It is because the diesel fuel is not fully burned, and it is necessary to focus on the inspection of the oil pump and the nozzle, and it is not ruled out that the oil pump oil volume adjustment may be too large.

Troubleshooting:
1. After the excavator is started, you should not turn the throttle knob directly as soon as you are in the car. You should first idle for 3-5 minutes. This is to increase the oil temperature and improve the flow performance, so that the turbocharger can be fully lubricated. Only then can the engine speed be increased before it can be used in normal operation.
2. After the excavator runs at high speed for a long time, it cannot be turned off immediately. The reason is that the turbocharger is lubricated by oil. If it stops suddenly, the oil pressure drops to zero quickly. At this time, the turbo part of the turbocharger is still rotating at a high speed under the action of inertia, which will cause a gap between the turbocharger shaft and the sleeve. The engine should be idle for about 3-5 minutes before the engine is turned off, so that the turbocharger rotor speed will drop and then stop.
3. The engine oil and filter must be kept clean to prevent impurities from entering, because the matching clearance between the turbocharger shaft and the shaft sleeve is very small. If the lubricating ability of the engine oil decreases, the turbocharger will be damaged or even scrapped. .
4. The air filter needs to be maintained on time to prevent dust and other impurities from entering the high-speed rotating compressor impeller, causing unstable speed or aggravated wear of the shaft sleeve and seal.
