Reasons for arm loss:
1. The arm drop caused by hydraulic oil failure, under normal circumstances, when the vehicle is started when the vehicle is cold, the arm drop may be caused by the problem of the hydraulic oil.
2. The hydraulic oil cylinder of the excavator is malfunctioning, especially the oil cylinder oil seal is damaged or aging, causing the oil seal to leak.
3. The valve hole of the distribution valve is blocked, worn, the gap is too large, and the main safety valve of the distribution valve is worn and damaged, causing the large and small arms to fall.
4. When the oil seal of the safety relief valve of the large and small arms is damaged, it will cause a certain amount of leakage and also cause the phenomenon of arm drop.
5. It is also called "oil unloading" caused by poor sealing of the distribution pump, which can also cause the phenomenon of arm drop.
6. Poor contact of the hydraulic pump proportional solenoid valve connector will also cause the large and small arms to fall off.
7. Severe arm drop is most likely caused by the jam of the main valve.
The troubleshooting method of the excavator's arm drop:
1. The excavator boom anti-drift valve is severely worn, and the valve core and safety valve should be inspected;
2. If the orifice is blocked, the valve core and orifice should be cleaned immediately;
3. There is internal leakage in the large and small arm cylinders of the excavator or the valve hole of the distribution valve of the excavator is blocked, the gap of the distribution valve spool is too large, the main safety valve of the distribution valve is worn and damaged, etc.;
4. The boom oil return safety valve is faulty;
5. The oil seal of the large and small arm safety relief valve is damaged;
6. The oil seal of the oil cylinder of the excavator is damaged;
7. Poor contact of hydraulic pump proportional solenoid valve connector.
