Inspection and analysis:
1. It is recommended to remove the thermostat and plug the small circulation nozzle to try, because now only part of the circulating water is dissipated by the radiator tank, it is not high temperature.
2. Clean the water tank. Check the tightness of the fan belt, do not overly loose or too tight.
3. Check that the water tank is short of coolant / antifreeze. If it is an EFI engine, you must pay attention to distinguish the water temperature sensor and the water temperature sensor plug. The water temperature sensor plug controls the water temperature meter, and only a single wire is inserted on the water temperature. The sensor provides a water temperature signal to the engine computer, this is a two-wire.
4.In addition to the above reasons, there may also be a blockage of the intake air intercooler that causes the low idle water temperature of the excavator to be full, and a high temperature boiling failure.Our factory has repaired one such case before.After all the inspections, it was found that the intake air The high temperature of the excavator caused by the blockage of the cooler, the intercooler is removed, and the water temperature returns to normal after cleaning.
How to prevent the low idling water temperature of the excavator and the high temperature boiling phenomenon: often check the radiator, fan belt, check whether the water tank is short of water or lack of coolant. Clean the water tank frequently. If the excavator is working for a long time, it is best to rest halfway high temperature.
