Open the water tank cover of the water pump and start the engine to make the engine work at high speed and low speed alternately. After, stop heating, wait for the water temperature to drop below 82 ℃, check if the thermostat is in the closed position. Otherwise, the thermostat needs to be repaired or replaced.
3. Fan belt Press the fan belt by hand to check whether the tightness is normal. If the belt is loose, you should further check whether the fan belt slips.
4. The water-cooled engine of the air guide and heat dissipation system mostly uses suction air cooling. The air on both sides of the water tank must not have convection. Except for the communication between the cooling channels of the water tank, all other parts should be spaced. 7. Too much dirt on the engine. Check if there is too much dirt on the engine casing and waterway. If it is, clean it up.
8. Water tank (including radiator) Check if there is fouling on the surface of the water tank, whether the cooling air duct and the water flow channel inside the water tank are smooth. If necessary, professionals can be disassembled for cleaning.

1. Excessive wear of moving parts After excessive wear of moving parts such as cylinder liners and bushes, the rated heat will occur when the machine moves. If the heat exceeds a certain value, the water temperature will also be too high.

1. The fuel supply time is incorrect. If the fuel supply time is incorrect, the engine is difficult to start, the power is reduced, and it is accompanied by abnormal smoke exhaust. There will be obvious knocking sound when the fuel supply time is too early or too late.
2. Overload work It is recognized whether the machine is overloaded for a long time. If it is, it will be changed to normal operation immediately. After a period of time, check whether the water temperature is normal.
5. Lack of intake air
Check whether the air filter is clogged; (2) whether the air filter inlet is clogged; (3) whether the turbocharger is damaged; (4) whether the connection between the turbocharger and the engine air inlet is damaged.
