(1) Check the blockage of the oil passage. First perform routine treatment, remove the oil pipe, remove the main body spool valve body, stem and related parts for cleaning, clean the oil passage and blow dry with compressed air. From the surface phenomenon, it is mostly caused by seal failure, damage, extrusion or the sealing surface is strained. Check whether the cone valve of the general safety valve is stuck; check the clearance between the valve stem and the valve body, the normal clearance should be between 0.005 and 0.025mm, and the repair limit is 0.04mm; Fitting clearance, normal fitting standard clearance is 0.010 ~ 0.018mm, repair limit is 0.03mm.
(2) Grind the two-speed valve to remove the burr, so that the valve core can move freely in the valve body without jamming. First check the side where the walking speed is slow, starting from the combination valve, disassemble the two oil pipes on the pressure limiting valve and block the oil outlet with a plug. There are many oil passages at the center rotary joint, which are easy to communicate with each other. If the hydraulic cylinder crawling phenomenon still exists after a period of use, you should check whether the seals are intact and assembled correctly.
