Unequal fuel quality During storage and transportation, gasoline easily oxidizes with air to form colloidal substances, or the content of gum in the gasoline itself is very high. These gums enter the combustion chamber with gasoline through the vehicle's fuel supply system Inside, and then burned with gasoline, it will cause a lot of carbon deposits in the fuel injector, the combustion chamber of the engine, the piston ring groove, the spark plug, the back of the intake valve, and the intake port.


Congested city road conditions Driving in the city, the vehicle is always in a stop-and-go state, the engine cannot run at high speed, and fuel or lubricating oil that has entered the combustion chamber cannot be burned 100%. The unburned part of the fuel is affected by high temperature and oxygen It forms colloid and adheres to the surface of parts inside the engine, and then forms carbon deposits through the action of high temperature.


Excessive carbon deposits are prone to malfunctions. It is inevitable that engine operation generates carbon deposits, but when carbon deposits are excessive in various parts of the engine, different fault phenomena will occur.


For example, too much carbon deposit in the combustion chamber will increase the compression ratio of the engine to form many hot surfaces, causing pre-ignition and deflagration, shortening the service life of the engine; carbon deposits on the working surface of the valve and its seat ring will cause the valve to close Inadequate and leaking air leads to unfavorable phenomena such as engine starting difficulty, weak operation and easy valve ablation; the valve tube and valve stem carbon deposits will accelerate the wear of the valve rod and valve catheter, and even cause the valve rod to be in the valve The movement in the catheter is astringent and stuck, resulting in the failure of the sticky valve; carbon deposits in the fuel injection nozzles will cause different injection amounts of the fuel injection nozzles of each cylinder, which will cause the engine to shake; when the spark plugs have too much carbon, the spark plugs will not work due to leakage To make the engine shake.


Therefore, experts suggest that the owner should pay more attention to maintenance in order to make the engine work better, and regularly clean the carbon deposits around the engine.
