1. Preparation for demolition
Bleed the compressed air from the hydraulic tank.
2. Demolition
(1) As shown in Figure 4-92, put a label on the hose located in the remote control tube between the multi-way control valve and the main control valve, and mark C1~C8 on it. Then, as shown in Figure 4-93, remove the multi-way control valve. Remove the hose at the side of the multi-way valve and insert a plug at each opening to avoid getting dust.
(2) As shown in Figure 4-94, put a label on the hose in the remote control tube between the multi-way control valve and the pilot valve, and mark the marks from P1 to P8 on it.
(3) Remove the multi-way control valve and connect the hoses from P1 to P8.
3. Installation
(1) Install in the reverse order of removal.
(2) The relationship between the pilot valve and the multi-way control valve is shown in Table 4-5.
4. Optional multi-way control valve
(1) As shown in Figure 4-95, switch from "without multiple control valve" to "with multiple control valve".
① Make sure the engine is stopped.
②Place the multi-way control valve in a place other than the ISO position.
③As shown in Figure 4-96, remove the six hexagon socket bolts.
④ Change the kit to "with multi-way control valve".
⑤ Check if the inner O-ring is deformed.
⑥Check whether the O-ring and the spare ring are matched with the multi-way control valve cover, and install it on the sensor block (S).
⑦Insert hexagon socket bolts.
(2) Switch from "with multiple control valve" to "without multiple control valve".
When the engine stops, remove the multi-way valve toolbox according to the above procedure, and install the toolbox without multi-way valve.
