Inspection procedures
As shown in Figure 2-10, if the oil level gauge shows below the normal oil level, the engine oil should be filled. Pay attention not to exceed the position of FULL (full)
[note]
①When checking the oil level, the machine should be kept on a level ground.
② Clean the oil filling port before adding oil to ensure that no dirt enters the oil.
③After adding oil, wait 5 to 6 minutes before checking the oil level. If you check immediately after adding, the oil level may still show low.
④Select the appropriate engine oil.
⑤ If the engine oil overflows, it may cause a fire, so immediately wipe off the spilled oil.
1. Inspection and replacement inspection interval:
Check engine oil before work.
Replacement interval: every 500 hours.
A new excavator should change the engine oil after 60 hours of operation.
The engine oil volume is 22 L.
Oil tank 18L.
Oil filter and other 4L.
2. Disassemble the engine and hydraulic pump
As shown in Figure 2-11, remove the hydraulic pump connection hose.
(1) Remove all hoses from the pump (as shown in ① of Figure 2-11).
[Caution] Before removing the suction hose, drain all hydraulic oil from the oil container.
(2) Remove the engine control cable (accelerator brake cable and stop cable) from the engine (as shown in (2) in Figure 2-11).
(3) Disconnect the heater hose and fuel hose from the engine (because the machine is equipped with a heater, as shown in Figure 2-11③).
[note]
Before removing the fuel hose, drain all fuel.
(4) Disconnect the air conditioner from the engine (because the machine is equipped with an air conditioner, as shown in Figure 2-1 1④).
(5) Remove the bolts fixing the engine, tie the engine to the cargo wire rope, and the crane hangs the engine (as shown in Figure 2-11 ⑤).
[note]
① The torque for tightening the engine mounting bolts is 373N.m.
② The wire to the engine must be disconnected.
Engine mass: 500kg (net weight); hydraulic pump mass: 126 kg.
(6) Assembly.
Install the engine accessories.
Use the reverse procedure for disassembly for installation, and then check the following points.
① Whether the engine control equipment is installed in the correct position.
② Whether the drain plug under the engine is loose or whether the washer is properly installed.
Whether the fan belt is tight. Check if the fan belt pulley fails and the fan belt has friction.
