Two left and right rotary relief valves are installed in the rotary motor, as shown in Figure 3-11.
1. Pressure measurement method
(1) Turn the start switch from the "ON" position to the "START" position, and then to the "ON" position to start the engine
(2) Turn on the working mode to "Heavy Duty", APC mode to "H", automatic deceleration mode to "OFF", and economic mode to "OFF"
(3) As shown in Figure 3-12, "A, PUMPI" and "B, PUMP2 (4) are displayed on the adjustment mode display to make the engine run and heat until the oil temperature reaches (50 ± 5) °C. The hydraulic oil level is at "HOL" is displayed on the adjustment mode screen
(5) Turn the accelerator knob clockwise to the high idle stop position
(6) Turn the machine to the maximum position, one end of the bucket is against the wall, and gradually move the swing control lever until the swing line is reached. Cheng end. Follow this step to measure the left and right swing pressure, and note the pressure reading PUMPI…27. 4 MPa for each action of pump A.
2. Adjustment method of cross overflow pressure
The rotary motor relief valve is shown in Figure 3-13, and the cross relief pressure adjustment method is as follows
(1) Remove the nut from the sleeve.
(2) Increase or remove the thickness of the gasket to adjust the overflow pressure setting. There are 4 types of thickness: 0Imm, 0.3mmn, o.5mm and 1.0mm. Install thicker shims as needed to adjust the amount of pressure at the lower end of the spring: about 059 MPa per 0.1 mm thickness.
(3) After reassembly, adjust the tightening torque.
