Tire replacement method
1. Park the forklift on a flat, hard road, turn off the engine, and leave the forklift in an empty state.
2. The fork descends to the ground and stops the wheels with the parking brake device. If the driving tire is replaced, the jack is supported at the front side of the frame. If the steering tire is replaced, the jack is supported at the center of the rear bracket of the rear axle.
3. Use a jack to lift the forklift slightly to keep the tires in contact with the ground; first unscrew the bolt fixing the inflation tube, remove the clip, and then loosen the hub nut.
4. Use a jack to fully support the car, unscrew the hub nut, and remove the tire.
5. The installation sequence is reverse to the removal sequence. When installing the hub nut, the tightening torque must reach the specified value.
Note: After installation, check whether the tire inflation reaches the specified value. After a short run, check again to see if the bolts of each part are loose.
