1. Preparation for demolition
Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Demolition
(1) Remove the right instrument panel
①As shown in Figure 4-91, remove the protective cap and remove four M6×20 bolts.
②Remove the right instrument panel cover.
③Remove the four connectors located at the lower part of the rear end of the right instrument panel cover.
9P plug is used for tuner, 3P plug is used for throttle adjustment potentiometer, and 2 6P plugs are used for main switch and plug switch assembly respectively. Be careful not to install it wrong during installation.
(2) Remove the left instrument panel
①Remove the protective cap and remove four M6×20 fixing bolts.
②Remove the connector on the rear face of the left instrument panel cover. 8P plug is used for air conditioner switch, 2P plug is used for warm-up switch and OPT connector.
(3) Remove the right protective cover of the cab
① Remove the protective cap of the fixing bolt, remove one M6×11 bolt and two fixing bolts, and then remove the protective cover.
② Take out the wiring connector at the rear of the cover, and remove the 6P plug of the connector of the switch assembly.
(4) Remove the right protective cover of the cab
①Remove 4 protective caps, remove 7 fixing bolts and separate from the front cover.
② Take out the wiring connector at the rear of the front cover. 1P plug is used for cigarette lighter, 8P plug is used for instrument combination, 2P plug is used for chronograph, 6P plug is used for wiper motor.
3. Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal.
