Detection of oil discharge of rotary hydraulic motor
To check the performance of the swing motor, the amount of oil discharged from the swing motor is measured when the upper swing platform is rotating.
(1) Preparation before testing.
①Hydraulic oil temperature is maintained at (50±5)℃. Let the swing motor rotate to heat the inside of the motor.
②Let the engine stop smoothly and press the air release valve on the top of the hydraulic oil tank to release the remaining pressure.
③ Disconnect the swing motor discharge hose (near the overload safety valve) at the end of the hydraulic oil tank. Install the screw plug (ST6213) on the oil port where the hydraulic oil tank was removed.
④Choose the following switch positions: (a) Engine control dial: fast and slow. (B) E mode switch: OFF. (C) HP mode switch: 0FF. (D) Working mode selection switch: general purpose mode. (E) Automatic idle switch: OFF.
(2) Detection of oil displacement of rotary motor.
①The amount of oil discharged when the upper slewing platform is rotating
A. The stick cylinder is fully retracted, the bucket cylinder is fully extended, and the boom is raised so that the bucket and stick connecting pin and the pin at the lower end of the boom are at the same height. The bucket is an empty bucket.
B. Start the engine, push the rotary joystick to the full stroke position, and hold it. When the rotation speed reaches a constant maximum speed, the oil discharge measurement is started. The measurement time should be more than 45s.
C. Repeat the measurement at least 3 times in each of the left and right directions, and take the average value.
②The amount of oil discharged when the swing motor oil circuit overflows
A. Insert the bucket teeth of the bucket deeply into the ground, and the upper swing platform cannot rotate when the swing joystick is at the full stroke position.
B. Start the engine, push the rotary joystick to the full stroke position and hold it. When the drained oil starts to flow out from the end of the drain hose, start the drain measurement, the measurement time should be more than 45s.
C. Repeat the measurement at least 3 times in each of the left and right directions, and take the average value.
(3) Convert the measured discharge oil volume to the flow rate of the swing motor.
First use a graduated measuring cup to measure the amount of oil discharged by the motor, and then use the following formula to convert.
