1. The operation essentials of the filling machine:
1. Start the generator to ensure power for the whole machine. (If it has not been used for a long time or the ambient temperature is low, the generator damper should be opened and closed after normal operation), and the AC circuit breaker should be closed when starting; the generator switch should be set to the "ON" position; the damper and throttle control should be in accordance with HONDA Generator use operation.
2. Set the heating temperature according to the melting point of the material, and the maximum control is within 240℃; the factory temperature is set at 200℃.
3. Start the burner and discharge pipe heating switch, and work when the temperature reaches the set value; it is recommended to turn on the burner switch for about 10-15 minutes before turning on the discharge pipe heating switch.
4. When filling the joints for the first time, place the filling gun in the storage position; observe whether the asphalt pump motor rotates smoothly, otherwise, the heating time should be appropriately extended;
5. When filling the joints, adjust the asphalt flow rate through the speed control knob according to the specific conditions of the working pavement;
6. During operation, add diesel fuel in time according to the situation. If the fuel is exhausted, the burner will automatically shut down and start the protection function; after refueling, the protection switch of the burner must be started (press for 2-3 seconds), and then the burner switch;
7. After the operation is over, the AC circuit breaker switch of the generator must be turned off before the engine switch.
2. Daily maintenance of pavement filling machine:
1. Regarding the generator: Change the oil and air filter according to the actual situation. If you do not use it for a long time, you need to turn off the oil switch of the carburetor. For details, please refer to the instruction manual of the generator; select the generator oil according to the generator configuration.
2. Regarding the burner: it is necessary to ensure the purity of the diesel used to avoid clogging the fuel injection nozzle, according to the ambient temperature, replace the diesel with the appropriate label in time to avoid waxing and blockage of the pipeline;
3. Regarding heating kettle: According to national regulations, only special road asphalt can be used for joint filling operations. Before purchasing joint filling materials, you should ask the supplier for the material parameters to avoid damage to the heating kettle;
4. Regarding electrical components: avoid water and moisture. When parked in the open air, if covered with rain-proof cloth, etc., the standby device should be lowered to the ambient temperature to prevent the heat from not being released and damaging the electrical components.
5. Regarding the electric heating hose: This part is heated at constant temperature and does not need to be cleaned. However, during operation, ensure that the temperature has reached the set value, and ensure that during operation, do not excessively bend or drag forcibly, causing damage or short circuit.
6. Regarding heat conduction oil inspection: regularly check the heat conduction oil oil level, and the oil level is only 1cm at the bottom of the oil gauge. It is recommended to use mineral 320# heat transfer oil to supplement the heat transfer oil.
