2. Winter storage and maintenance
1. The engine oil should be changed, or gasoline and oil should be drained. Empty the gasoline in the float chamber, close the gasoline valve, and replace the spark plug.
2. Hydraulic pump: The pressure knob should be adjusted to the minimum (low) to avoid deformation of the internal parts of the pressure regulator due to long-term pressure;
3. The hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter should be replaced every 1000 hours of operation. Hydraulic oil filters are not a substitute for other brands. Original oil filters can filter out particles and impurities above 20μm in the oil. Other brands cannot guarantee to meet this requirement. The oil filter is equipped with a pressure protection device. When the filter element is blocked by particulate impurities, the pressure protector in the oil filter automatically bounces to avoid the danger of excessive pressure. At this time, the hydraulic oil filter loses its filtering function and cannot protect the hydraulic oil pump.
4. Except for changing the oil and oil filter, it is prohibited to dismantle the hydraulic oil pump and cycloid motor without authorization.
5. The clutch-type marking machine is maintenance-free.
6. Cycloidal motor (hydraulic type) gear rocker (clutch type) is maintenance-free.
7. The plunger pump should be fully cleaned, and the maintenance kit should be checked for wear and replaced in time to avoid construction losses. After cleaning, use the special pump protection liquid to fully circulate, and finally discharge the pump protection liquid. Make the oil film formed in the plunger pump, avoid skin formation in the pump, avoid adhesion of the upper and lower ball valves, and avoid premature damage to the maintenance kit due to dryness.
8. The pipeline channel should be fully cleaned, and the pump protection liquid should be fully circulated to form an oil film to avoid skin formation on the inner wall.
9. The control system is maintenance-free.
