Article 1 In order to further strengthen the use and management of the company's building construction concrete distributors (hereinafter referred to as "distributors"), and to prevent production safety accidents during the construction of the distributors, these guidelines are formulated.
Article 2 This guideline applies to the leasing, installation, disassembly, displacement, and use management of distributors at construction sites.
Article 3 The cloth machine rental unit shall provide business license, product model, inspection report, product certificate and product instruction manual.
Article 4 Self-made distributing machines shall not be used at the construction site, and distributing machines shall not be modified without authorization, and unqualified 名媛直播 shall not be used.
Article 5 Before the construction operation, the construction technicians shall be responsible for the special safety technical briefings on the operators.
Article 6 The displacement of the cloth machine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant contents of the product manual and safety technical disclosure.
Article 7 The installation and disassembly of the distributor shall be carried out in accordance with the construction operation instructions provided by the property right unit. The property right unit is responsible for the installation and disassembly of the hydraulic distributing machine.
Article 8 After the installation of the distributor is completed, the general contractor shall organize the acceptance by the user unit, the property right unit, and the supervision unit and fill in the "Concrete Distributor Acceptance Form" (see appendix). Only after it is qualified can it be put into use.
The hydraulic distributing machine should be self-inspected by the property right unit, and then submitted to the general contracting unit for joint acceptance after passing the test.
Article 9 The concrete construction plan shall clarify the layout plan of the installation operation point of the spreader, and calculate the strength of the main structure below each operation point, and set up a safe and reliable structural support system to ensure structural safety.
Article 10 When using and storing the placing machine, the site must be flat and solid, and no less than 4 wire rope ties should be added during use (no less than 4 rigid supports should be added during storage, and connections between diagonal supports should be added) Anti-overturning measures to ensure the safety and stability of the cloth machine.
Article 11 When using the spreader, the distance between the center of the machine body and the side of the construction operation shall not be less than 1.5 times the total height of the machine body structure. It is forbidden to store any materials within the radius of gyration, and ensure a sufficient safety distance from the placing boom during lifting operations.
If the safety distance specified in the preceding paragraph cannot be met due to the special circumstances of the construction site, effective safety measures shall be taken.
Article 12 During the operation of the placing machine, unrelated persons shall not approach under the cantilever and around the discharge hose.
Ensure a sufficient safe distance between the placing machine and the high-voltage transmission line and other obstacles. Article 13 The distributing machine should be stopped in severe weather such as strong winds, thunderstorms, heavy snow and heavy fog above grade 5.
Article 14 When inspecting, repairing and maintaining the cloth machine, the machine must be shut down or cut off. Article 15 The power distribution system of the placing machine must comply with the "Technical Specification for Temporary Use of Electricity at Construction Sites" (JGJ46).
Article 16 The operation, repair and maintenance of the hydraulic distributing machine must be handled by special personnel. When the mechanical operator leaves the operating position, the power supply of the equipment must be turned off, and the operating controller must be installed in the control cabinet and locked to avoid accidents caused by others operating the mechanical equipment privately.
Article 17 The operator of the cloth machine shall strictly implement the relevant safety technical specifications, safety operation regulations and the relevant safety requirements in the product manual during the operation, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited.
Article 18 This guideline shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
