Only use high-quality diesel fuel (the fuel of a suitable brand should also be selected according to different ambient temperatures), not kerosene.
Add fuel
1. Park the machine at the first place.
2. Lower the bucket to the ground.
3. Turn off the automatic idling switch.
Important: If you shut down the engine incorrectly, the turbocharger may be damaged!
4. Run the engine with no load at low speed and no load speed for 5 minutes.
5. Turn off the engine. Remove the key from the key switch.
6. Pull the pilot control switch lever to the locked position.
Note: Handle fuel carefully. Before adding fuel, the engine must be turned off. Do not smoke when filling the fuel tank or when the fuel system is working!
7. Fuel gauge on the monitor panel. If necessary, add fuel.
Important: Prevent all dirt, dust, water or other foreign objects from entering the fuel system! 8. When refueling the fuel tank, make sure not to spill fuel on the machine and do not exceed the specified amount. The fuel tank capacity is 340L. When the amount of fuel exceeds the fuel tank filter, stop refueling. Be sure to fix the fuel nozzle to avoid damage to the fuel tank filter.
9. Reinstall the fuel filler cap on the fuel filler opening. Be sure to lock the fuel cap with a key to prevent loss or damage.
Note: Precautions for refueling with automatic refueling device: 1. When refueling with automatic refueling device, never forget to open the fuel filler cap.
2. Prevent excessive refueling. When the fuel quantity exceeds the fuel tank filter, please stop refueling immediately.
Drain the fuel tank sump dirt---every day 1. For easy access, turn the car 90 degrees. Park the machine on level ground.
2. Lower the bucket to the ground.
3. Turn off the automatic idle switch.
Important: If the steps to shut down the engine are not correct, the turbocharger may be damaged!
4. Run the engine at low idling speed with no load for 5 minutes.
5. Turn off the engine. Remove the key from the key switch.
6. Pull the pilot control switch lever to the locked position.
7. Open the drain valve to drain water and sediment.
8. After the discharge is clean, close the discharge valve.
