Inspection and maintenance of hydraulic equipment
Note: During operation, the parts of the hydraulic system become very hot. Allow the machine to cool down before starting inspection or maintenance!
1. When maintaining the hydraulic device, make sure to park the machine on a level, hard ground.
2. Lower the bucket to the ground and turn off the engine.
3 After the components, hydraulic oil and lubricating oil have completely cooled down, maintenance of the hydraulic device is started, because shortly after the completion of the operation, residual heat and pressure remain in the hydraulic device.
a. Drain the air in the hydraulic oil tank to relieve internal pressure.
b. Let the machine cool down.
Note: Checking and maintaining high-temperature and high-pressure hydraulic components may cause high-temperature parts and hydraulic oil to suddenly fly out or spray out and cause personal injury!
c. When removing plugs or nuts, do not face them with your body and face. Hydraulic components may still be under pressure even after cooling.
d. Never try to maintain or inspect the walking and swing motor circuits on slopes.
They have high pressure due to their own weight.
4- When connecting hydraulic hoses and pipes, pay special attention to keeping the sealing surface free of dirt and avoid damaging them. Keep the above in mind
Precautions:
a. Wash the inside of the hoses and pipelines with cleaning fluid and dry them thoroughly before connecting them.
b. Use O-rings that are not damaged or defective. Be careful not to damage them during assembly.
c. When connecting the high-pressure hose, do not twist the high-pressure hose. The life of a twisted hose will be greatly shortened.
d. Tighten the low pressure hose clamps carefully and not over tighten them.
5. When adding hydraulic oil, the same brand of oil must be used, and different brands of oil cannot be mixed. Because the machine has been refueled when it leaves the factory, please use the recommended oil. Be sure to change all the oil in the system at once.
6. Do not use hydraulic oils that are not mentioned in the "Recommended Hydraulic Oil Brand Name".
7. Do not start the engine when the hydraulic oil is in an oil-free state.
