The excavator regulator adjusts the pump body and the adjusting bolts on the regulator valve bottom plate to change the inclination of the swash plate, thereby changing the plunger stroke, to change the pump's maximum flow, minimum flow, power control, and flow control degree. The following 12 steps teach you to disassemble the hydraulic pump regulator. If you want to learn more, please take a small book and write it down!
Excavator repair hydraulic pump regulator disassembly program
1. Remove the regulator. As shown in Figure 6-130, remove the hexagon socket bolts and separate the regulator from the pump body.
2. Dismantle the valve plate and remove the hexagon socket head bolts and divide the valve plate into a higher one.
3. Remove the protective cover as shown in Figure 6: As shown in Figure 1, remove the hexagon socket head bolts and remove the protective cover. There is an adjustment screw correction rod on the cover, and the lock level 131 female and hexagonal screw will be changed. Please do not loosen these screws and nuts, otherwise adjust the pressure and flow value previously set
4. Remove the compensating part. After removing the cover assembly, as shown in Figure 6-132, take out the outer spring, inner spring and spring seat from the compensating part, and then take out the calibration rod, pilot spring and spring seat from the pilot valve part. If M4 bolts are used, the correction rod is very easy to remove.
5. Remove the pilot cover and fixed spring, as shown in Figure 6-133, remove the head bolts and the pilot cover. Once the pilot cover falls off, separate the fixed spring from the pilot part.
6. Remove the spring seat, return spring and bushing. Remove the snap ring. Remove the spring seat, return spring and bushing as shown in Figure 6-134. The bushing and the snap ring are assembled together. When removing the snap ring, the return spring comes out, please pay attention. ,
7. Remove the adjusting plug. As shown in Figure 6-135, remove the snap ring and take out the fulcrum plug and the adjusting plug. If M6 bolts are used, the fulcrum plug and the adjusting plug are easier to come out.
8. Remove the lever as shown in Figure 6-136, remove the lever. Do not remove the latch. If you use pliers, the operation is easier.
9. Remove the plug and feedback lever as shown in Figure 6-137, take out the plug and remove the feedback lever. Use a thin iron bar to remove the plug (pin diameter 4mm) from the upper part to prevent collision with the control rod.
10. Remove the lever. Remove the lever without removing the latch.
11. Remove the pilot piston and spool valve and take out the pilot piston and spool valve.
12. Remove the piston cover, compensation piston and correction rod. Take out the piston cover, compensation piston and correction rod. At this point, the disassembly of the regulator is completed. If the correction rod is taken out, the piston cover comes out of its reverse side.
