Use Kobelco excavator maintenance oil pressure measuring tool to measure the oil pressure. When measuring, the machine should be parked on a level ground and the working device should be lowered to the ground. Measure the oil pressure when the engine coolant temperature is within the operating range.
① Open the side cover of the pump room, as shown in Figure 2.17, and remove the oil pressure check plug from the oil filter element.
② As shown in Figure 2-18, install the connector of the hydraulic detector and connect the hydraulic detector.
③ Start the engine and turn off the automatic reducer.
④ Run the engine and measure the oil pressure at high and low idle speeds.
⑤ After measuring, remove the measuring tool and reinstall the removed parts.
